Working method: young grappa stored in steel tanks
Product description: very aromatic, keeping the characteristics of Traminer grapes. The distillation is carried out in discontinuous steam boilers, the only method that allows grappa to keep the many nuances generated by natural fermentation in the pomace.
Tasting tips: as with all aromatic grappas, it should not be mixed with other flavours. Thanks to its strong aroma, it can also be served at very low temperatures.
