The fourth generation of grappa producers in Castions is comprised of Domenico and Anna’s children: Gianna, Dora, Maria Luisa and Lindo. Many years have passed since Domenico and Anna handed the distillery down to their children but, as you can see from the picture, the members of the Pagura team have not changed at all, apart from growing older.
The premises, the copper still (manufactured by Zanbenedetti and Nogarol) and even the old labels testify our rare faithfulness to traditions, much appreciated by those who look for authentic and genuine flavours.
Today the Pagura team consists of Gianna and Dora, who carry out the administrative tasks, Lindo, who is in charge of the still and grappa production and Angelo Toppazzini, Dora’s husband, who has contributed artistically for many years creating all new packaging for Pagura grappa.
Among his many creations, Angelo’s personalised bottles stand out particularly for being one-of-a-kind pieces to offer as a gift or to “taste”.
