Ingredients for 8 people: 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 150 g sugar, 60 g wheat starch, 1.2 l milk, 100 cc Grappa Oro 50°.
Make hot chocolate from cocoa, sugar, wheat starch and milk. Add grappa to hot chocolate just before serving.
