The versatile artist, painter, sculptor and potter Mario Moretti from Pordenone was one of Pagura distillery’s best friends. He is the creator of an original concoction of grappa and orange juice. This fresh summer idea is dedicated to him.
Mix equal measures of red orange juice and extra dry sparkling wine (very cold) in a glass. Add two ice cubes and a spoonful of “Erba Luigia” (lemon verbena). Garnish the glass with a slice of orange or lemon and serve it.
