Bicerin Furlan (“Friulian small glass” in Friulian dialect)
Hot chocolate, coffee made with a coffee maker, whipped cream and a well-judged amount of Grappa Refosco 50° are the simple but great ingredients needed to prepare a hot beverage that you can drink at any time of the day. It just takes a couple of minutes to prepare, but it always works, especially on cold winter days.
Ingredients for 8 people: 80 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 100 g sugar, 50 g wheat starch, 1 l milk, 6 cups hot coffee, 100 cc Grappa Refosco 50°, 250 g whipped cream.
Make hot chocolate with cocoa, sugar, wheat starch and milk. Add coffee and grappa. Serve hot with lots of whipped cream on top.
