Infusion is the first grappa cocktail contest where creativity and ingredients blend together to show you how incredibly versatile this spirit is.

Some of the best local bartenders (Corner, Punto d’Ombra and Corte del Castello) will be at the Pagura distillery on the 25th July to challenge each other in this exciting contest.

From 6 to 7pm competitors will present their cocktail creation to expert judges.
From 7 to 11pm each bar will introduce 2 cocktails to the public and it will be up to you to vote and choose you favorite drink.

Street Food and Live music with 3 of the most talented guitar players of the region: Michele Pucci, Enrico Maria Milanesi and Paolo Jus.

On its 20th anniversary the ‘Artist’s Grappa’ project undergo a change to reshape it’s format and dimension: no longer a shape and color created by an artist, but a space, as neutral as possible, capable to ‘’host’’ photographic images that are real artworks in and of themselves.
To launch this new and inedited circle we have chosen the photographer that we believe have been able to express the best of our Friuli: Elio Ciol.
With his camera he has remembrance indelibly the memory we have about our beloved land, with its geometries, its shades and the strength of its evocative capacity.
To this timeless imagine we humbly try to give aromas and an essential taste in pursuance of giving them a breath of life.
We trust that the fusion of what the eye can see, the nose can smell and the mouth can taste feeds a sense of fullness and completeness that only authentic things can communicate.
The new Artist’s Grappa will be launched to the public on Sunday 3rd of December from 11.30 at the Distillery. Elio Ciol and Prof. Fulvio Dell’Agnese will be presents.
The concert follows ‘Sonic Visions’: Tribute to Elio Ciol with Paolo Paron Paron (keyboards, guitars) and Roberto Amadeo (bass, electronic).
For the whole day and January and February you can visit an exhibition of some of Elio’s most iconic pictures.
At the end we’ll serve some of the typical products of the area.

Performances

-13.30 Pizzica, Tammurriate, tarantella e stornelli (folk Italian dance) with Alberto Sergi.

In the afternoon the distillery room open its doors to show the oldest lambic and the magic behind the grappa making process. All guided by a Pagura family member.
During the whole day the distillery outside space will be open to the public. 

Local Cuisine

-Sassilat – Salumi feast: hot crostini with spicy bacon, white pepper and honey. Grilled Soppressa (typical friulan salumi). Seasonal charcuterie.
-Cilvi and Radicchio’s friends: grilled seasonal red chicory with bacon.
-Aviano dairy: Frico (typical friulian dish which consist of a wafer shredded cheese and potatoes) served on bread or on a toast. Mixed specialities from Aviano dairy, burrata d’Aviano with bacon and pumpkin.
-Crema and Chocolate Confectionery: Chocolate sweets.
-Mothers from Castions’ Primary school: homemade sweets.
-Il Tiglio Association: roasted chestnuts and new wine.
-Alchimie Association: Pasta and beens, Leek and Pumpkin Orzotto (risotto made with barley instead of rice), chips, baby dish ( chicken fingers and chips)
-Pagura Distillery: Pannacotta with Blueberry liquore, Bicerin alla Furlana (hot chocolate, coffee, grappa and chattily)
-I Magredi winery: Selection of wine: Refosco, Divin Otello, Prosecco, Friulano and Chardonnay
-Casula winery: Selection of wine: Merlot, Pinot Nero, Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
-Meneghel artisanal beer

Punctual as the multicolour autumn here comes Delizie d’Autunno in Distilleria Pagura!
The fifth edition of this traditional Friulian event will take place on Sunday 29th October 2017
The Distillery will host various local producers who will prepare and serve you their best specialities.
You will be able to taste different cheeses and charcuteries, traditional seasonal dishes and a selected list of wine and artisanal beer.
Is there a better way to get to know your area and local products?
Music and kids entertainment will enhance this event.
To warm you up there will be an impressive selection of grappa Pagura.
Looking forward to seeing you from 11.30 to 21.00!

Here is the new Cabernet  Grappa produced by Pagura Distillery. It will be the official Grappa of the sectional meeting Alpini 2015 in Conegliano. This occasion also celebrates the 90th anniversary from the foundation of the group città di Conegliano.
The presentation will be Saturday 22nd November at 9 pm at the Academy Theater of Conegliano, at the end of the play “Centomila Gavette di Ghiaccio (A hundred thousand ice tins)”.During the event an “Alpino coffee” will be offered, which is made with Grappa  instead of water in the Moka pot.
TheGrappa will be available for the public at the beginning of January.

After a long wait the new grappa Decennium limited edition will be newly available from Sunday, November 23rd. The real traditional grappa “Furlana” strong and forthright, that not even the past ten years in a small oak barrels have been able to tame, will be presented during a traditional evening with polenta cooked in a wood-fired cauldron, chestnuts, new wine cooked with apples, pinza and finally … the grappa that you will never forget.
Let’s meet in the distillery courtyard at 6pm with a jam session of folk songs from all over the world, with the most original musicians of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Wear a coat, it will be cold.

Quando nel corso  della sfilate degli alpini all’87 Adunata Nazionale di Pordenone, sono caduti i primi chicchi di grandine, qualcuno probabilmente si sarebbe aspettato in fuggi fuggi generale, e invece, per altre due ore, il corteo ha continuato a marciare senza tentennamenti, come se il torrente d’acqua che scendeva dal cielo non riguardasse quella gente.
Le piume sul cappello non si sono ammosciate e hanno continuato a marciare spavalde, “In barba alla tempesta” ma quello che è ancor più stupefacente e che neppure le due ali di folla ai lati del corteo si sono disunite.
Nessun dubbio : “Si va fino in fondo”
Di fronte ad un simile atteggiamento l’unico commento possibile è “Tanto di Cappello”.
Come tributo al grande cuore alpino, la Distilleria Pagura, sponsor ufficiale dell’Adunata ,   organizza con il COA (Comitato Organizzatore Adunata ) ed una rappresentanza di tutte le sezioni ANA della provincia di Pordenone la festa “In barba alla tempesta… noi c’eravamo”

Appuntamento (solo su invito) nel cortile della distilleria Pagura  Martedì 3 giugno con inizio alle ore 19.00.
Ci saranno anche  Acqua Dolomia e i vini del consorzio “Friuli Grave”.
Nel corso della serata ci sarà anche la proiezione  del video documentario “Alpini di Notte” realizzato da P.Dalmazi, G.De Vita, P. Suppa una produzione Eufrasia Filmedia, Genesi, Vastagamma, e dalle musiche della Grappa Pagura Band.
